How to Quash My Warrant
For a Dunn County warrant, please call the Dunn County Clerk of Courts office at 715-232-2611 and press 0 to speak to a staff member. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday. If you are calling after hours, please contact the Dunn County Jail to turn yourself into custody 715-232-2220
Right to an Attorney
If you have been charged with a crime, you have the right to an attorney. If you cannot afford to hire an attorney, you may apply to the State Public Defender's Office, or one may be appointed to you.

The State Public Defender will not automatically represent you. You must meet with them to complete a financial application. They will review your financial situation and determine if you are eligible for their service.
Requesting a Court Appointed Attorney
If you have been charged with a crime, you have the right to an attorney. If the State Public Defenders Office is unable to appoint an attorney for you, you can request a Court Appointed Attorney. Individuals must complete form:
