Facilities & Parks

The Facilities & Parks Division operation is necessary to limit the deterioration of existing buildings, parks, and grounds. This is accomplished by the Facilities & Parks staff, outside contractors, and through Capital Improvement projects.

All Federal, State, and Local codes must be followed by the Facilities & Parks staff and we provide direction to all other departments regarding compliance. This is a priority to provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all employees and users of Dunn County facilities.

The Facilities & Parks Division goal is to maintain the same level of support to all County departments and facility users. We continue to use our combined skills to seek the best practices for energy conservation in our facilities.

The Facilities & Parks Division is responsible for approximately 443,000 square feet of buildings and approximately 580 acres of parks and grounds.
