First Episode Psychosis (FEP) also known as Choices
Goals of the Program

Choices is a program for individuals that experience hearing and seeing things other do not (psychosis) within the last two years. Works on developing coping skills to strive for a better quality of life and decrease institutionalization. Provides individualized services of peer specialist, therapy, family support and education, medication treatment options, and supported employment and education as well as case management to help with day-to-day basic needs.
Eligibility

Age 12-26

Wisconsin Resident of Counties: Buffalo, Burnett, Chippewa, Dunn, Pepin, Pierce, Polk, Rusk, or Washburn

Individuals that experience hearing and/or seeing things others do not (psychosis) within last 2 years.
