BadgerCare+
- BadgerCare+ is a health care program for low income WI residents (children, pregnant women and adults). For more information, visit the BadgerCare+ page on the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website.
- If your income exceeds the income limits established and if you meet other program rules, you may be eligible for the BadgerCare+ Deductible plan. For more information, visit the BadgerCare+ Deductible plan page on the Wisconsin Department of Health Services website.
Family Planning Only Services (FPOS)
- Family Planning Only Services provides family planning services and supplies for men and women age 15 through 44 who are at or below 200% of the federal poverty level. The purpose of this plan is to stop unplanned pregnancies and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Healthcare for the Elderly, Blind or Disabled
- This program is for those who are: age 65 or older, blind or disabled (with income at or below the monthly program limit) and those who are United States citizens or legal immigrants.

How to Apply for the Above Programs
It is important to start your application as soon as possible. This will be the filing date for your benefits. The filing date is the date the agency receives your name, address and signature. Your signature can be collected either electronically, by telephone or by paper form. You will have 30 days to complete the full application.

- Caretaker Supplement (CTS)
- Wisconsin Caretaker Supplement (CTS) is a cash benefit available to parents who are eligible for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) payments. Caretaker Supplement is not a Medicaid benefit; it pays cash only to eligible parents. - Estate Recovery Program
- The Estate Recovery Program seeks repayment for the cost of certain long term care services paid for on behalf of members by Medicaid and BadgerCare+. Note: Members who are age 55 or older, living in the community and who are not receiving services related to long term care or any services through the WCDP (Wisconsin Chronic Disease Program) will not be affected by estate recovery. Wisconsin is required by state and federal laws to recover some of the money used to pay for services for Medicaid members.
