Statewide Parcel Datasets

With the introduction of Wisconsin Act 20 in the biennial state budget for 2013-2015, statutory requirements were created directing state and local governments to develop a statewide digital parcel map. Through the collaboration of local governments, the Wisconsin Department of Administration, and the State Cartographer's Office, statewide geospatial data related to tax parcels and county zoning is freely available for viewing and download. For more information on the initiative, please visit the Wisconsin Department of Administration's informational page.
