Dunn County Transfer Station
This property is a ten-acre parcel and is developed with two building structures that were formerly utilized as the Dunn County Solid Waste & Recycling Center facility.
The larger building, formerly utilized as a transfer station, contains a total of approximately 12,900 square feet of gross building area. This building structure was constructed in approximately 1991 and has an actual age estimate of 33 years. It is mostly open span warehouse storage area, but also does include a small office, restroom, and mechanical room. This building structure also has a semi pit that allows semi-trucks to back into the building for convenient loading purposes.
The other building structure is a smaller, primarily warehouse structure that contains a total of approximately 1,200 square feet of gross building area. This building was constructed in approximately 2001 and has an actual age of 23 years. This is also mostly open span warehouse space, with a small office area. This building structure was previously utilized as a drop off point for solid waste materials by the public.
Both buildings are one story structures, with the larger building is a pre-engineered steel frame structure and the smaller building a wood frame constructed structure. Other site improvements located on the property include a built-in semi-truck scale built by Fairbanks.
