Question, Persuade, Refer. Three steps anyone can learn to help prevent suicide. Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. This FREE online QPR training is available to any Dunn County community members who would like to learn how to respond to someone who is experiencing a mental health crisis.
