Amanda Hansen
Teacher/Service Coordinator
I started working at the Birth to 3 program in 2005. Previous to that, I worked for Early Head Start for 5 years. I am certified in Infant Massage. I also have a certification in Infant, Early Childhood and Family Mental Health through Madison. I have a small hobby farm and love the outdoors. I have one daughter.

Ashley Bleskachek
Occupational Therapist
I have been an occupational therapist since 2011 and have experience working with children of all ages and abilities. I have a strong background in child development and strive to help families better understand and meet their child’s needs by providing families with individualized tools and resources. When not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, going for walks, and visiting local parks.

Carrie Neidermyer
Program Assistant
I started with the Birth to 3 program in 2023. As an Administrative Specialist, I oversee incoming referrals, documentation management, and provide support to Birth to 3 teachers, coordinators, and therapists. I have worked in various medical office roles and enjoy working together with my team and the families in our community. In my free time, I enjoy horseback riding, being outdoors, and spending time with family.

Krystal Groninger
Service Coordinator
I have been a Service Coordinator on the Birth-3 team since Fall of 2023. I have a bachelor's degree in early childhood education. For the past several years I was a stay-at-home mom for my 4 daughters until I took this position on the Birth-3 team. I strive to build a good rapport with families and enjoy teaming up with parents to guide their child’s development. In my downtime, I love spending time with my family, reading, and being outdoors.

Natalie Hazen
Teacher/Service Coordinator
I have been with the Birth to 3 Program since 1995 and thoroughly enjoy my job working with families in Dunn County. I have a bachelor's degree from UW-Eau Claire in Early Childhood Special Education. As a home visitor, I enjoy working closely with families, supporting them as they help their children learn and grow. I seek to connect people with resources in the community. Outside of work, I enjoy camping, reading, baking and traveling.

Shannon Birkholz DPT
Physical Therapist
I have been a PT since 2010 and have worked in many settings including the hospital, clinic and in homes. I love helping families gain skills and knowledge to help their children develop and learn new skills while developing lasting relationships. I grew up in Menomonie, Moved to LaCrosse for college and then moved back to Menomonie and now live south of town.

Vicky Ebensperger
Speech & Language Therapist
I have been the Speech and Language Therapist in the Birth to Three Program since 1995. I believe in a family centered approach, working closely with parents and caregivers to help support natural environments. I am committed to ongoing professional development to ensure that every child receives high quality care!
In my free time I enjoy doing anything outside. I can not pass up a good thrift sale!!
