Prepaid Phone Services

Family and friends can set up calling accounts three different ways:

  1. Prepaid Calling Account – The account is specific to a phone number and the inmate can only call that number.  High federal tax rates by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may apply.  The rate is 32% on each transaction.  More information on this rate can be found at:  https://www.fcc.gov/general/universal-service-fund
  2. Debit Telephone Account – Allows the inmate to call any unrestricted phone number.
  3. Inmate Facility Cash Account - Adding funds to the inmate’s facility cash account by KIOSK at the facility (subject to $2.00 fee).  The inmate then can transfer funds to their phone debit account (subject to $1.00 fee).
