Prepaid Phone Services
Family and friends can set up calling accounts three different ways:
- Prepaid Calling Account – The account is specific to a phone number and the inmate can only call that number. High federal tax rates by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) may apply. The rate is 32% on each transaction. More information on this rate can be found at: https://www.fcc.gov/general/universal-service-fund
- Debit Telephone Account – Allows the inmate to call any unrestricted phone number.
- Inmate Facility Cash Account - Adding funds to the inmate’s facility cash account by KIOSK at the facility (subject to $2.00 fee). The inmate then can transfer funds to their phone debit account (subject to $1.00 fee).

- Money order or cashier’s check for mail in purchases (Please use your account telephone number and facility name.)
