Mission Statement

As one of the co-equal branches of government, the Dunn County Circuit Courts are committed to interpreting and applying the laws which govern our citizens and to delivering an independent, competent, just and fair judiciary.  Central to our Courts are the concepts of integrity, justice, and fair and consistent application of the rule of law.  Our objective is to provide everyone equal access to the courts for the timely resolution of disputes and the determinations of rights and responsibilities.
