Payments of Fines & Forfeitures
Listed below are multiple ways to pay for a debt that you owe the Dunn County Clerk of Courts Office.

Acceptable methods of payment are: cash, check, money order/cashiers check, debit or credit card (service fees will apply if using a debit or credit card.) Please include your case number or citation number on your check, money order/cashiers check OR clearly print your name.
Online
The Dunn County Clerk of Courts Office offers two types of online payment methods. Both payment options have a service fee.
- The Wisconsin Court System’s circuit court payment system allows payments of circuit court fees and fines in all Wisconsin counties. Payments can be made using MasterCard, Visa or electronic check with the following non-refundable fees charged by US Bank to process the payment:
- MasterCard and Visa convenience fee - 2.75%
- Electronic check flat fee - $2.50 (Note: Returned checks may be subject to a fee determined by the county.)
- Wisconsin Circuit Court Payment System Online Payments
- Payments can be made through Government Payment Services. Payments case be made using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and by debit card. Service rates will apply.
- They will require additional information for you in order to process your payment.
- You will need to enter a Pay Location Code (PLC): Dunn County Clerk of Courts PLC is 2030
- You will need your case number, violation date, citation number and future court date

Inability to pay
If you are unable to make your payment by the due date please contact the Dunn County Clerk of Courts Office as soon as possible as there may be other options for you to make your payments.
- Failure to Make Your Payment
If not paid, the individuals operating privileges may be suspended for no less than 30 days, or more than one year unless reinstated. In addition to license suspension, if the forfeiture is not paid within the required time, a civil judgment may be entered, the matter may be referred to a collection agency, and/or your tax refund may be intercepted. - Monthly Payment Plan
The Clerk of Courts Office allows individuals to be on a monthly payment plan. The minimum payment amount is $30.00 per month. Individuals requesting to be on a payment plan must complete a payment plan application:
If you have outstanding debts with the Dunn County Clerk of Courts Office and your driving license has been suspended and/or a civil judgment has been entered, you may be required to deposit an additional amount of money in order to get a monthly payment plan.
