Treasurer

The County Treasurer is a State Constitutional Officer, whose directive is taken from various sections of Wisconsin Statutes and Dunn County Codes and Ordinances.  It is a partisan office, elected for a four year term.

 

Responsibilities of the County Treasurer's Office

  • Real Estate Tax Preparation
  • Collection of all Postponed and Delinquent taxes
  • Lottery Credit Information and Certification
  • Daily Receipt of all County Monies
  • Investment of County Funds
  • Take Tax Deeds on Delinquent Properties
  • Maintain and Reconcile County Bank Accounts
  • Answer questions regarding Taxes and Taxation Process
